Maxima XX Mukusalas street

Welcome to the project "Maxima XX, Mūkusalas Street 73, Riga" – this is the story of the completion of the exterior of a store that is contemporary and sustainable. After extensive reconstruction and modernization work, the "Maxima XX" store opened its doors on October 10, and this project is a true example of our commitment to improving shopping and the surrounding environment.

The total investment in this project exceeded 4.2 million euros, an investment that allowed the creation of a modern and sustainable shopping place. During the transformation of the store, special attention was given not only to the comfort of customers and employees but also to environmental protection and the arrangement of the surrounding area.

"Maxima XX" on Mūkusalas Street is not only a popular store for Riga residents but also for residents of nearby suburbs. It combines modern technologies and environmentally friendly solutions, creating a modern and aesthetic shopping place for both customers and "Maxima" employees and building tenants.

In this project, the building's interior was completely renovated, also changing the layout of the shopping center to ensure a comfortable flow of people. The total area of the building is 7464 square meters, housing not only the "Maxima XX" store's sales hall and auxiliary spaces but also a public area, rental space, and premises for the online grocery and household goods store "Barbora."

This project is an excellent example of how modernity and sustainability can merge, creating a shopping place that delights both customers and positively impacts the cityscape.
