How does private house construction work?
First, we get to know the client’s needs and possibilities. Should the house be compact, economical, and suitable for a small family? Or will it be a spacious building with several bedrooms, a study, and a garage for two cars? The basis of everything is the project – it can be a ready-made design from an architect, or we can help develop it from scratch.
Once it’s clear what we will be building, the planning begins – budget, materials, timelines, and of course all necessary approvals. We help with documentation, permits, utility connections, and everything else needed to get the work started without unnecessary delay.
What kind of work do we carry out?
Our team carries out the full cycle of private house construction. This means that the client can confidently entrust the entire process to one company – from groundwork and foundations to interior finishes and landscaping.
We build:
- Houses from aerated concrete, expanded clay blocks, timber frames, or combined materials
- Simple and energy-efficient solutions (A or A+ class)
- Buildings with basements, terraces, garages, roof windows, etc.
- Houses with centralised or autonomous heating systems

Private house construction costs
It’s not possible to name one “average house price”, because each project is different. However, to give an idea, we often deal with the following figures:
- Construction of a simple 100 m² house (without finishes): starting from 1100–1400 EUR/m²
- A fully completed house “ready to live in”: around 1600–2000 EUR/m²
- Construction including interior finishing, heating system, electrical wiring, and plumbing
- When preparing the estimate, we explain every item without hiding a single cent. The client has the right to know where their money is going.
